The Nigeria women’s national under-20 football team, nicknamed the Falconets, arrived in Dar es Salaam, capital of Tanzania on Saturday for the first leg of the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifying fixture against Tanzania.
The team, comprised of 19 players, technical crew members, and officials of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), made the trip to Dar es Salaam for the third-round contest.
The reverse fixture is scheduled for the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja, next week.
